The name of the workshop is SuperGreen™ Execution – the NEW Rockefeller Habits Workshop focused on Execution.

At the Workshop Patrick will share:

• Overview of the 4 Critical Decisions all growth companies must get right: People, Strategy, Execution & Cash (the focus of this workshop will be on Execution).
• How to get everyone executing off your One Page Strategic Plan with crystal clear, “no drama” metrics.
• How to set your quarter up for success by applying the RIGHT Red Yellow Green metrics to your company and individual priorities
• How to use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in your weekly meetings to figure out the most important things your team needs to focus on so you can hit your quarterly goals

Patrick will also speak at our Quarterly Luncheon before this workshop (CEOs only please).  CEOs are strongly encouraged to bring their key executives with them to the workshop.  Management teams will complete exercises together at the workshop.
